Heather has worked in the legal field for eleven years. As a trial paralegal, she’s handled numerous complex cases, including catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases arising out of automobile and truck accidents, medical negligence, including birth trauma and traumatic brain injury, products liability, and premises liability. She’s spent the majority of her career fighting for victims.

Heather has extensive experience in trial presentation, courtroom technology, and demonstrative evidence. She functions as the primary person responsible for data organization and retrieval, which is essential to ongoing litigation. Heather has been a seminar speaker on the topic of “The Paralegal’s Role in Preparing for Trial.”

Heather lives in Marietta with her husband and three children and attends Cathedral of the Holy Spirit in Decatur, Georgia.
