$3,500,000 settlement against trucking company for the wrongful death of a 36-year-old woman.  (2004- Cobb County, Ga.)

$1,265,000 verdict against cosmetic surgery business of Dr. Chip Cole for negligently performing procedures that caused permanent scarring on the face of a 71-year-old woman. (2008- Fulton County, Ga.) Frank Ilardi was co-trial counsel with Adam Malone.

$1,000,000 arbitration award (full policy limits) for the wrongful death of a 52-year-old man who at 3:30 a.m. was sitting up in the right travel lane of I-75 after having struck a deer and knocked off his motorcycle. The Defendant truck driver took no evasive action and struck and killed the motorcyclist. The evidence showed that the Defendant truck driver was fatigued and not keeping a proper lookout due, in part, to his violations of the Federal Motor Carrier hours of service regulations that govern professional truck drivers. (2007- Middle District of Georgia)

$825,000 settlement against a drunk driver and an underinsured motorist carrier for a doctor who suffered a brain injury in a car wreck.  (2006- DeKalb County, Ga.)

$760,000 verdict against the owners of an after-school-program for negligently supervising a 9-year-old girl who was hit by a car, broke both legs and developed keloid scarring after surgery.  (2002- Fulton County, Ga.)

Confidential Settlement with hospital whose failure to timely diagnose heparin-induced thrombocytopenia in a 59 year-old female patient caused amputation of both feet. (2008 - DeKalb County, Ga.)

$272,500 settlement against a carnival company for negligently raising an awning into the path of a 12-year-old girl on a swing breaking her leg.  (2006- Fulton County, Ga.)

$250,000 settlement against a trucking company for a 19-year-old college student who broke her foot which required surgery.  (2002- Richmond County, Ga.)

$135,000 settlement against a trucking company for a 41-year-old man who suffered a herniated disk in his neck in an automobile wreck.  (2007- DeKalb County, Ga.)
